Our mentor training programmes train creatives to be mentors and give them the tools they need to support the young creatives from our community and develop our mentor’s leadership and management skills in their daily lives.

We work with companies of all shapes and sizes across the creative industries to train mentors and run our programmes. Every programme helps develop participants into inclusive mentors and leaders, preparing them to support their mentor and advocate for socioeconomic diversity in the creative industries.

    All our mentors are trained in inclusive mentoring and coaching techniques, and are educated about the barriers young people from lower socioeconomic barriers face.

    Our bespoke matching partners mentors and mentees that compliment each others skills to ensure they both get the most from the programme.

  • Meeting between a mentor and mentee

    Meeting

    Mentors and mentees meet for an hour every fortnight, in person or online, to work on goals they have set together.

    A dedicated Programme Manager to provide mentors and mentees with support.

Our training

Our mentoring programmes are structured to ensure they are impactful for our mentees and mentors. Across a standard programme, mentors receive 8 hours of training covering:

  • The foundations of mentoring

  • Coaching for success

  • Inclusive leadership

Each session is run by one of our expert associates, and every programme has a dedicated Programme Manager to support mentors and mentees with any questions over the programme.
