✅ Display a clear salary that pays the real Living Wage in line with the Living Wage Foundation - check your salary below! (Except for apprenticeship listings. Find out more about them here).
✅ Have an application deadline.
✅ Have a clear and accessible application process.
These help overcome barriers that restrict diverse candidates from applying to roles.
