We want to create a fairer creative industry where young people are given the opportunity the access creative work and thrive in it.  

We work with young creatives who come from lower socioeconomic backgrounds across the UK. We run a range of mentoring programmes for ages 16 up to 27.

who are creative mentor network?

Creative Mentor Network is a charity designed to break the class ceiling in the creative industries, making the creative world of work more accessible and inclusive for creatives from lower socioeconomic backgrounds.

We understand that people may face certain barriers that others don’t have, so we’ve created a solution to help you reach your creative potential.

We help you fulfil your potential in the creative industries through mentoring programmes, our Jobsboard, events and resources.

This could help you learn more about what jobs you’d like to do, help you apply to them, or help you your existing projects for creative career goals.

Our mentoring programmes will give you mentor already working in the creative industry. You can work with them on whatever you need support with.

They can teach you about the creative industry and roles that exist, help you grow your professional network, support your skill development and help you find work.

how our programmes work

Our programmes run over a structured period, and last from 16 weeks to 6 months, and are free for all mentees.

You don’t need to be working to apply, our programmes are designed to help you at whatever stage in your career you are.

We run a range of programmes with different creative organisations. Some may be better suited for certain career paths, so please read each programme page carefully.

In our matching process, we will always work to give you a mentor to complement your ambitions. They may not always have the exact experience you are looking for, but their skills, experience and network can help you develop in your chosen field.

    Chanel You, Me & Us: Designing Futures is our mentoring programme for 18-25 year olds who are keen to learn more about the world of Chanel and get involved with the wider luxury industry.

    Break the Wall mentors come from all over the creative industry and this is great programme for all creatives aged 16-25 across the UK.

    Soho Mentorship

    Get matched with a creative leader from the Soho House community. Open to creatives aged 18-27 in London, Brighton, Manchester & Oxfordshire.
