Amazon Prime Video Bright Sparks is a 16-week programme designed for young creatives with a strong interest in the entertainment industry and want to take their skills and practice to the next level. Whether you’re passionate about creative content, marketing, or anything in between, this programme gives you the chance to work directly with an expert from the Amazon Prime Video team.

Open to young creatives aged 18-25, Bright Sparks offers a unique opportunity to deepen your expertise, build a stronger portfolio, and expand your professional network.

Who will my mentor be?

Your mentor will be a highly skilled professional from Amazon Prime Video, with experience in roles such as Social Creative Manager, Brand Marketing Manager, and Creative Video Editor. 

Mentors may not hold the exact position you're aspiring to, they will bring valuable knowledge and expertise to help refine your craft, expand your skill set, and guide you toward the next phase of your creative career.

The Application Process

  • 1. Apply online

    Find a programme that’s right for you and apply online. If you’re unsure you can select “all programmes” and we will match you on the best fit.

  • 2. Interview

    If you meet our eligibility criteria, you’ll be invited to an interview where we will ask questions to help us match you with a mentor.

  • 3. Induction

    If you’re successful, you’ll be invited to a session to onboard you to the programme, set some goals, and give you all the information you need.

  • 4. Meet Your Mentor

    After your induction, you’ll meet your mentor at a mixer session. From then you’ll meet one another (in person or online) for an hour every fortnight.

  • 5. Check In

    You’ll have a dedicated Programme Manager who will be on hand if you have any questions and check in to see how your mentoring is going.

  • 6. Showcase

    At the end of the programme, you’ll be able to celebrate with the rest of your cohort at your Showcase where you have the chance to present your work and connect with other people on the programme.

✅ Meet our eligibility criteria

✅ Are keen to get an insight into Creative industry
