To post on the Jobsboard, all roles must meet the following guidelines:
✅ Display a clear salary that pays the real Living Wage in line with the Living Wage Foundation - check your salary below! (Except for apprenticeship listings. Find out more about them here).
✅ Have an application deadline.
✅ Have a clear and accessible application process.

All roles (except apprenticeships) advertised through us must pay the real Living Wage in line with the Living Wage Foundation.
For annual salaries, this is:
£23,400 for 37.5 hour contracts in the UK
£24,960 for 40 hour contracts in the UK
£25,642.50 for 37.5 hour contracts in London
£27,352 for 40 hour contracts in London
For hourly roles this is:
£12 per/hour in the UK
£13.15 per/hour in London
