Break the Wall is our longest running mentoring programme with mentors from companies all over the creative industries.

Think directors, project managers, copywriters, marketers and more from advertising agencies, film companies, publishing houses, brands and beyond.

This programme will help you to grow your understanding of the creative industries, build your network, expand your portfolio and develop key skills to help you develop your creative career.

Who is this programme for?

Break the Wall is perfect for people with any interest in working in the creative industries, at any stage of your journey. You may need support with a side hustle, job applications, or wondering what’s next after you leave school. All you need is an interest in creativity, and a desire to potentially work in these industries.

Who will my mentor be?

Mentors on this programme come from a variety of creative companies. You could be matched with a Production Manager, Marketing Director, Video Editor and more. Your mentor may not always have the same job that you want, but skills, experience and networks are matched to your ambitions.

application requirements

To take part in Break the Wall you must:

✅ Aged between 16-25 years old

✅ Live in the UK

✅ Meet our eligibility criteria

✅ Have an interest in working in the creative industries

Break the Wall runs four times a year, and applications for this programme are always open.
